Apparently I am being investigated by the IRS. Lovely! I'll make coffee and bake a cake so the officers who are supposed To arrest me won't think of me as a bad hostess. LOL! Honestly, im tired of them calling me and leaving dumb messages.
Just got a call from this line. Mine said they were from the IRS and there was a warrant out for my arrest. Glad I searched. It was a recording that left the message, not a live voice.
Received voicemail today, robotic call said her name was Rosemary and she was calling from the IRS, to call the number back to avoid prosecution and arrest...completely ridiculous! SCAM!!!
I just received a robo-call from this number claiming they were with the IRS and that they were trying to contact me before they issued a warrant for my arrest. Of course I knew from the get-go they weren't from the IRS for two reasons. 1. I just did my taxes less than a week ago. 2. When the IRS wants to get in touch with someone they send a letter first.
Don't fret a call from this number! Get online and tell others about your experience so we can help protect others. Then, if you are as mad about people doing things like this as I am, please go to https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shttip to report your experience so hopefully these criminals get what they deserve! Thank you!
