Have received many calls from 305-508-5486. What people don't seem to understand is that you can't block or report these telemarketers. They are using spoofed numbers and they originate their activities from overseas, which puts them outside the feeble efforts of the FCC to regulate this activity.
They called offering a mortgage quote, I told them to remove me, then reported them to donotcall.gov. I tried calling back but "the call couldn't be connected."
When I asked him (very nicely) to take me off his list he interrupted me and said "No, that's not going to happen" and hung up. Now I will spend the next hour or so trying to report them as many places as I can!!
"Florida call" , sometimes twice a day, then skip a few days. Usually don't pick it up. but today wasn't a good day, so i did pick up the latest one. First thing I said was "just what the h*** do you want? Finally a young woman's voice said may i speak to Robert. I said "no you cannot" (my name is not Robert) then I asked why they keep calling here. She wanted to give me an improved mortgage rate. I told her I don't have a mortgage. Just as I was hanging up. she said something about correcting their records. I hope this is the last of it, but I'm doubtful.
All these people want is three things.....info, info, info. Your financial info in order to perpetrate identity theft. Seriously, Never tell these people anything, not even your real name.
