Have received many calls from 305-508-5486. What people don't seem to understand is that you can't block or report these telemarketers. They are using spoofed numbers and they originate their activities from overseas, which puts them outside the feeble efforts of the FCC to regulate this activity.
I've been getting so many scam calls lately; I don't know why.
I just got a call from a woman who sounded American. She gave the name of some mortgage loan company. Then she wanted to know exactly how much my mortgage payment is, what percentage rate it's at, etc. I said I don't give that info over the phone. She got annoyed with me. I asked her whom she was affiliated with? A bank? She then told me that 'her' mortgage corporation works with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase---she just listed every bank in America.
I think these are scammers trying to get my personal info. I've gotten several calls from 305-508-5486 that sound very suspicious. Who knows if these people are really in Florida or are in another country? It really doesn't matter, because they're scammers regardless of where they are calling from.
