Just got a call from these people. Have gotten several calls claiming the same thing. They have a check for payday loan I took and did not repay. She tried to say I probably forgot about it when I told her I had a printed a copy of the email saying I had paid it off. She couldn't tell me who it was. She said the company had over 300 companies with different names. She said my payment was returned for NSF or the account had been closed. When I told this could not have happened. She said, "fine, I will put a note failure to cooperate" and hung up! I have blocked several of these calls and it seems they have several numbers they use. Funny know they say it is suppose to be filed at 2:00 today and it never happens! They don't even say the name of the county you are in and where it will be filed! These foreign people are a joke! They need to get a real job and leave us honest working people alone or better yet go back where they came from, if all they candy is harass people!
