Well this John Scott called me again today to say he would be serving me legal documents at my home...such a joke...dont know of any process server that calls people repeatedly leaving voicemails to make an appt to serve certified legal documents...if they are legimately legal the court would want a certified return receipt from the post office to have on record...plus he never says my first name and doesnt even have my last name right and he keeps saying my last name for my first name...dont you think if he were truly serving documents he would know both the first and last name of the person he is serving...then in the voicemails he is calm and casual like he is making an appt with me or something...never seen anything like this in my life that is so obviously a scam. These people need to be reported and stopped. The other thing i find interesting is why would someone who is serving legal documents be calling from several states away...does he plan on hopping a flight to fly several states overnight just to serve papers? These people are pathetic with a lot of obvious holes in their scam
Another thing i want to add is that this John Scott repeats the time he supposedly will be at my home and gives me a four hour time window when he will be coming to serve "legal documents"...like who does that really when serving true legal documents..the only people i know that do that are the phone company or cable guy or heating cooling people etc. ....other thing that is interesting is he just keeps saying "legal documents"...not summons or anything like that etc...such a joke ....oh yes they sometimes block their caller i.d. when calling you because sometimes it comes up United Financial and displays the number of (305) 521-8716 and other times it comes up showing "restricted" or "unknown name" and then its John Scott leaving another voicemail repeating same things over again and telling me to call "claimants" phone number...no legitimate legal process server is going to push this hard to urge you to call the claimant
Got a call today from a Katrina Clarke 305-521-8716 and 786-350-2552. Said she was calling from Jack Adams and Associates located at 2665 S Bayshore Miami Florida 33133. Asked for $712.12. Said she was sending me some form to my email. Never received it. Also said that she was transferring me to the Restitution dept. That never took place instead she asked for 2 references before I can be transferred. Never got transferred because I wouldn't give them names. Called back several times. Always answer with "Litigation Dept." Still no information. On the phone with them now. They hung up on me again.
