Received a call that said the owner ( that has been retired for 5 yrs.) called and cancelled the account and she wanted to give me a cancellation number. I told her that it was impossible because he has been retired and she immediately hung up. About a week later the same lady calls and says the same thing. When I told her she already called I didn't even get to finish my sentence and she hung up. This should be ileagal !!!
Keep getting calls with no message... Since you get the caller ID and know it is a scam, why are you answering the phone?
Keep a loud whistle near the phone and answer it with that if you must answer it. Call Block works too.
Luckily I missed the calls as I was waiting for a call from a place in Miami.... But since this site says it is a scam... I know I will never answer the phone for that number. Funny thing is that I never had a business and this is my personal home phone that is unlisted. So who knows how they got my number...
