This person left a message saying her name is Nicole (you can't hardly understand the message), but the caller ID says Maria Garcia. I called her back with my number blocked but "she" did not answered!
she told me she was looking for apartment for rent, and she want to pay two month for move in, i told her I will try to find one for her, it was not one like this two days ago and she insult me and hung up and did not want to pick up the phone ever after
My whack-job stated she was 'ERIKA GARCIA' and she was moving here from the west coast. I asked she got my name and stated it was a referral from Barbara --- coincidentally, I know an agent by that name on the west coast of Florida. 'Erika' is looking for a furnished rental on Miami Beach. I caught her scam when she accidentally text me by another name confirming the same properties to see on a different date. WE are the ones that need to be careful & be ARMED! I am.
Got a call from a woman saying her name was Gabriella and gave me the same rethoric about wanting an apt in Indian Creek area, became rude and loud and I told her not to ever call me again, that I did not need her business to find someone else!!
Completely insane person. Calls to get showing instructions for properties then threatened to complain with the Miami Association of realtors.
Lets find this person and get this over with. It has been going on for too long.
