This person left a message saying her name is Nicole (you can't hardly understand the message), but the caller ID says Maria Garcia. I called her back with my number blocked but "she" did not answered!
this lady has been horrible. makes me waste my day and then ends up threatening me over the phone and with text messages. Cant believe there are such nasty people out there.
I have experienced the same thing today. called saying her name was Marisol and was referred by someone. asking same area (MIami Beach) for rent. $1400. Didnt take the business but referred it out. Got nasty email.
She called me and said her name is Sandra and was referred by Nancy. She also gave me the same story looking for fiurnished rental on Miami Beach at 6484 and 6060 Indian Creek and 6490, 5445, 6701, 4130 and 3120 Collins. Says furnished 1 year and referred by Nancy. Which I know a Nancy. She keeps texting me if I have the lock box codes to meet there. Maybe I should take a police officer and try to catch her.
Today I receive a call asking the same questions about rental for 1 year furnish....same buildings 7300 Ocean, 7400 Ocean, 6701 Collins, 6660 Indian Creek, 5455 Collins..... I pass the call to my assistant, ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE...... she wanted to go the next day (impossible) when my assistant (which is in front of me) try to ask her about how many does she wanted to see.. she hung up, call me again on my cell complaining about my assistant saying she was rude, pushy, un-polite... now she text me saying she is going to report me to the board....she is a nut case
Same thing here but her name was Sofia and looking to rent a place in Miami Bch with only 2 months rent But only enough to cover one months. She is crazy and just wants to waste Realtors time. Beware she likes to threaten real estate agents with reporting them to the board.
