This person left a message saying her name is Nicole (you can't hardly understand the message), but the caller ID says Maria Garcia. I called her back with my number blocked but "she" did not answered!
Whoever is using this phone number to contact realtors is a complete SCAMMER They wasted my time for almost a week!
Claims to be someone names "Stephanie", and FREAKS OUT if you ask how they were referred to you and also freaks out if you ask for an email address to send property details. INSISTS that everything is through text and doesnt show up to appointments, DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON. They are NOT a real client

BE CAREFUL! The reception was bad and she said she's looking for a $1400 furnished rental in Miami Beach, said something about getting my number in Publix. She was very nice to me, but when I was sending her information via text I asked who referred her to me and she didn't answer and insisted I meet her in Ft. Lauderdale, something didn't sound right, I'm in Hollywood and we are seeing apartments in Miami Beach. Told her I was cancelling the appointment. She then send a text message saying, "We are canceling u as realtors & your license all misconduct abuse dishonest u r Fraud scam hurt us greatly." She obviously has it in for realtors. Be Careful.
