I was able to trace the phone number to YMax Communications in West Palm Beach. This is the company selling MagicJack. They had 9 complaint filed and resolved 8. The companies phone number is 561 586 3380 and 561 594 2140, address 5700 Georgia Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 according to the Better Business Bureau. This is probably the best way to get the problem resolved
I tried all your info and it did not work I finally got thru to an operator from I believe magicjack and got an RMA for the phone. It is quite complicated you have to go to magicFix an fill in the info

Rhonda Hendricks: oh come on, how would i know their message, it is the same message that has been going on with numbers since November. It is to call that 305 number cause it got routed as a local call and to call their carrier

Rhonda Hendricks: No she did not and no one does that we just lose our calls. and no one is going to call that 305 number and maybe get billed. This has been 6 months and what is the fix?
Jeanille: Rhonda, the only fix for that specific issue is to call their carrier line to route the calls properly. Your line connection here in our end is working fine, up and in service. The issue has nothing to do with magicJack but with their carrier line that is not routing their calls to your number.

Jeanille: If they won't do that, then there's nothing we can do here, Rhonda. Your incoming and outgoing calls are working fine. You can make and receive calls to another number but not with Michigan and Arizona. That simply means the issue was on the other carrier line's connection.
