Who called from 3058488288

I am not sure what the problem is but I was able to finally call my magic jack number (earlier today I wasn't able to). However, I have tried calling the same magic jack number from other phones and those are still experiencing the same problem. Hopefully it is something they are already working on.

This is a magicJack issue.

Their site has a free conference number 305848888.

This number is in the same block as the number given out in the intercept recording. Would serve to reason that both numbers are MagicJack and this is inherently their issue.

what must be the problem. i have my magicjack here in manila, philippines and my husband is in the carribean. he tried calling me, it was a recording asking him to call  305 8488288. i tried using my local cellphone and it's the same message. i really need help on this. mj customer service is no help. thanks need feedback thanks so muc

I was able to relay to customer service the entire message and they said thats what everyone calling in from long distance needs to do. I said no one will bother to do that they just wont call and customer service said "ok"
