I think this number hijacked my cell service. I cannot call my Magic Jack number.

Same thing happened to me. Have you been able to fix it?

We have had the same problem, so I called Optimum and their engineers are working on it. I want to be in on the Special Ops team that goes in and puts this group out of business!!!

So this is something that the phone carrier needs to fix and not magic jack?

i'm experiencing the same. i need this problem be solved asap. tried magicfix but can't chat with customer service agent. what's really the problem pls help!!! thanks
