These people call me at least 5 times a day. They actually called my ex-husband telling him that I signed his name to a document and that he also owes the money. Same story old payday loan from 2008. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. They try to intimidate you and scare you that you have a civil suit against you but what they don't realize is that you must be served a summons to appear in court. When asking them for a copy of the summons they hang up. But they are so stupid they continue calling.
All I can say is thank God for the Internet and the advancement of the internet now you don't have to sit at home and worry about is this really going to happen ...like being taking to court in all . The garbage these people spew, I can't imagine being in the 1980s or the early 90's and getting these type of phone calls.... they will probably scare you half to death!!
