Who called from 3059385809

I'm getting multiple calls daily (last night it was 9:45pm). No one is ever there. O  just get beeps. If you try to call the number you just get beeps or screeches or a message saying you can't call this number. who are these people? I'm on the do not call list.

call in the middle of the night

Got a call from this number today and all I heard was a beep on the other end with no answer.

I actually called it back and it says you cannot call this number.  What's UP

This is the same number that shows on my parent's caller ID when I call them from my cell phone. So I think it may be some sort of problem with Sprint.
