Guy's name is Robert Cohen, very vulgar. Calls constantly and tries to tie up your phone lines. Makes weird noises on the phone, sounds like he's crazy. Any company using this guy has to be desperate.
A gentleman by the name of Robert Cohen has been harassing myself and my staff continuously. We have a honest dispute with a vendor, have hired a an attorney and are looking to resolve the matter. However; this individual continues to call, insult and harass our offices- He uses unfair and un ethical collection tactics. Part of his process is to SCREAM insults and bullying tactics. .
If you are a victim of this gentleman's tactics; I encourage you to contact the FL state attorneys office and report him. As of 12/11/08 his company has 4 Federal suits pending for this type of harassment.

Robert Cohen from CCI in Miami Beach is insane. He calls the office and harasses everyone. He uses profane language, unethical collection practices and calls 100 times a day. He said he can do whatever he wants to do. We have been advised to contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney General's office. They have pending complaints at both departments.
We are working with the contractor owed the monies and they have since asked us to discontinue contact with CCI, Credit Counsel Inc, #800-328-8123.
