I have told this jerk that he has a wrong number and he told me straight up that he will continue to call until he reaches the mysterious "carol" He's trying to reach. I've filed complaints with the Consumer Complaints Department of Florida, Better Business Bureau, Verizon Wireless, and Florida financial Regulation Division. I have been insuleted by a man named "Pat Rossi" and called a "Damn Imbecile" as well as been told to "look up the meaning of Imbecile so I can learn what [he] mean[s] with [his] comment".
After reading the comments above it seems that Robert Cohen has trained his understudy Christopher Mahoulides exceptionally well. He has been calling nonstop using the same bullying techniques, yelling profanities and generally making an [***] of himself. CCI should be shut down what they are doing is criminal.
I spoke with Robet trying to resolve a debt that I don't owe, but not wanting to waste anytime. After his employee Mike Powers told me only the original creditor would, I told him I had already spoken to him and he would, Robert Cohen got on the phone an dsaid that only he could and he would not and he would only take it off my credit for a much for a much higher amount than what I allegedly owed. Then he told me I had until the end of the day and hung up on me?? Unbelievable.
