Got a call on my business line and another on the business fax machine at the exact same time from this number (my landline and fax number are one digit apart).
2 page fax came through, same as above complaints - from Crystal Training regarding QuickBooks and Excel training coming up in my area. They wanted to "take a moment of your valuable time" to tell me about this training. The only valuable time they are getting from me is to write this post and block the number on my fax and my landline.
Called my voice line with a fax will get you blocked. Then they faxed my actual fax machine. Its classroom training for quickbooks.

5-28-15, 7:10pm, 307-200-0906 -- really ridiculous that one can no longer answer one's own phone. but great that if I don't recognize the number, I just don't answer. and Great to ck here and see what the deal is. should we give their number out to other spammers so they can spam each other!??
Several faxes called phone for "unique roofing & paving" spoke with idiot "owner??" who claims this is the first he heard of unwelcome faxes relating to business. Encouraged me to turn him in and i will be doing that today!
I was the first to post here and they called me again today.... a year later!! They haven't called all year since the first call. Same caller id, same fax beeps. Same scammer!!! I didn't get a fax because they called my home phone but if you got a fax, and it was "Unique Roofing and Paving", PLEASE at least file a BBB complaint against them. If it wasn't this company, PLEASE file a BBB complaint against whoever it is. Then file an FTC and FCC complaint. SAVE THE FAX as proof. As part of your BBB complaint, demand the fine amount allowable under the DNC law. (not sure what is is for faxes but google it). You have the right to the fine!
