Just received at 7:30 a.m. wake up call from this phone number. I wasn't fully awake after the phone ringing and all of my ear for the fax machine, so I called it back. When I call back an automated system answer the phone thanking me for completing a test call to my phone number.
Was able to track down the phone company that 307-200-0906 belongs to, it's Envoy. Called the Envoy customer service number at 800-933-1224. Advised them that the user that is call from 307-200-0906 is spamming all over the country. The Envoy CSR was able to confirm that they had made 2000 calls in a 5 minute period. The CSR advised that he would be sending the complaint to their legal department and trying to get the phone service disconnected. The CSR advised that he would let me know if/when he gets an update.
