Called me and gave me a refrence number for a court case that doesn't exist and threatened to sue me if I didn't settle for something outside of court. They didn't even give a name for a case or what it was about, ignore the calls (block them if you can) and if you're up for it report the number. Just a crap and shoot scam.

called my husband for me to call them307 274 8505 said I owed a payday loanfrom December 5th 2012 man said his name was John Burrell I could get in touch with him at 601 351 9535 they said my bill was $1,480 I could make payment arrangement 6 payments at $246. if there's anyone who can help to let me know if this its real or am I being scammed. if it's real I don't mind paying it I can remember making a loan that far back. I told them I work too hard for my money for them to be scamming me I believe if I was can the Lord will take care of them in due time. can't remember the company name the gave.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

These outfits sell of a lot of stuff to shady buyers and fail to also note which ones are paid. You might look back and contact the place you  got a loan through to make sure it is either owed or paid off. Scammers will take advantage of stolen info to try and get folks to pay a debt that is already paid.
