Been getting calls to my cell from this number asking for an Andrew Parker for months. I've had this cell number since August & the calls started in October. I don't know this A.P person & have told this to the ones who call & despite them telling me they would put a note in A.P.'s file the calls continue. I've since blocked the number.
tHE SOLICITOR FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER IS RUDE AND TRYING HIS BEST TO BE RUDE AS HE SOLICITS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AS A QUALIFICATION FOR A HOME BUSINESS SELLING THE SAME SERVICES HE IS SOLICITING AND CLAIMS TO MAKE LOTS OF MONEY SELLING HIS SERVICES AND IS NOT AFRAID OF TELLING LIES IN ORDER TO GET INFORMATION CONCERNING MY CREDIT CARD AND DURING THE CALL HE WAS ABUSIVE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND AS I KEPT ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS WHICH HE WAS AVOIDING HE HUNG UP ON ME - BECAUSE - FRANKLY - FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CAN NOT HANDLE ME. I AM A SOLICITOR INVESTIGATOR/RESEARCHER AND I PROMISE TO RESEARCH EVERY SINGLE SOLICITOR THAT CALLS ME WITH CREDIT CARD SALES, BANK SALES, MORTGAGE SALES, MORTGAGE RE-FI BUSINESS OR ANYTHING RELATED TO CRUISES. Franklin Financial has been sued by many State including CA, CONN, WY, and was bought by Christopher Hobson Inc. a financial group which claims to own banks, financial institutions and claims to have connections to CITI Bank according to its website: http://www.franklinfinancial.com/ - although all of that website's links to any financial companies only go to forms which are not related to any of the links and this is according to my research and investigation on 10-10-11. Still, this group still continues to sell credit card services, namely VISA and MASTERCARD and claims to be capable of setting up anyone into business to make money although they will not explain how the money is made. A person called this investigator, from caller ID: 307-298-0247 (WY phone exchange) to say all of the above and then he would not tell anymore information unless he could qualify me and he needed a credit card number to qualify me, in order to give me any more information of how I can make money (doing what he was doing at the time I assume). Christopher Hobson Inc. owns Franklin Finance in California and in Wyoming. Christopher Hobson Inc. has been sued by Conn. State for a mortgage licensing fraudulent case and I am investigating if there are any more cases similar. Franklin Financial is registered to Christopher Hobson Inc. in California located at 3250 E Coast Hwy
Corona Del Mar , CA 92625-2302 and has a phone number of (949) 721-0905 as well as (949) 721-7000 and fax number: (949) 721-6723. It's not proven if this company is active at those numbers but it has been proven that the solicitors calling from the 307-298-0247 number have been as rude as can be by calling a person, insisting to qualify a person, trying desperately to obtain credit account numbers from credit cards and calling themselves as connected to several different bank names, including Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and they insist there is nothing wrong with selling credit cards as long as they charge money for them, but their qualifications and selling script is NOT for selling credit card accounts - they are actually selling a home business which you can own selling credit card services. Their first scripting is to ask if you own a credit cards: VISA or M/C and the person will ask to give them your credit card number before going further into the script or telling you further what type of business you will have at your home. They insist upon getting your credit card number as a prerequisite to setting you up into a business which the person says will make you lots of money. The solicitor keeps asking if you want to make lots of money and if so you must convey all of the information the person asks for otherwise he will not go further into his script. It sounds as if he is trying desperately to get credit card numbers in an illegal scam to use your credit card for illicit funding or to use your credit accounts for themselves. At the same time, if you do not conform to their script and sales, they will pass your number to another solicitor to sell you a cruise or something else. In addition to this information, the caller ID they show you is a spoofing phone number and will show that they are disconnected from any phone exchange and tracing them is "impossible" but NOT for this investigator which I found their information very easily and I have methods which not many have and the solicitors are never a mystery to us who know how to research them. I never need to pay for the research as my software finds the persons involved and I report them according to what I see and hear. IF THE SOLICITORS DONT WANT ME TO REVEAL WHAT I SEE AND HEAR THEN THEY NEED TO MAKE CERTAIN THEIR SCRIPT IS FACTUAL AND NOT A SCAM OTHERWISE I WILL REVEAL THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM EACH TIME THEY MAKE A CALL TO ME. And that's a promise. Those who read this need to know that the companies reported here are registered entities in Wyoming and California Secretary of State as an active corporation although none of their phone numbers are active and they wish not to register their phone numbers with those State for reason we can assume that they want their solicitors to keep being as rude as possible to everyone they call.
Had some [***] call me today from this number I told him to go [***] himself and hung up then he thought it was cute to call my hm phone 5 times in a row! I called the number above and some chick got on the phone said no one said they called me, well of course not who's going to admit to harassing someone! I told her to take me off their call list, she got all snotty and said fine and hung up.
I got a call from this number and they tried to convince to work for them but would not send me the information package to review their proposal until I provided them with my credit card info. They even asked me if I have been scammed before and I said yes as the reason I didn't want to provide the credit card info and the [***] even tried to convince that their "prosecution" department would locate the company that scammed me in order to convince me to join.
