IC Systems. Didn't leave a message. I googled them and found hundreds of complaints. Called them just to see what they wanted and she refused to identify herself as a debt collection agency or that they were attempting to collect a debt. Said they didn't have to. Told her that I didn't need to speak to her then. Click.

Calls, leaves no message or an empty message

They called and asked if I was so and so and lived at a certain address (an old one).  I asked who was calling and they hung up.

please stop calling me

I've been getting calls from 307-316-7474 about twice a day for the last few days.  I do not answer, and no voice mails are left.  Most times I just pick  up the phone and immediately hang up.  A real caller would call me right back.  These automated calls never do, of course.
