I've been getting calls from this people, too. I got the March issue of Consumer Reports today, and they suggest reporting these numbers from "robocallers" to the FTC via the Do Not Call Registry. They claim that the information goes into a database that can help regulators identify the sources of illegal robocalls.
this is Credit One Bank. They have called 17 times in the last 2 days starting at 8am ending at 9pm. I made the mistake of answering the 3rd call this morning around 945. They had a card offer, I told them I was not interested and they just kept talking, I finally had to be rude and hang up.
be glad you didnt accept the offer...shittiest card out there. They tell you no annual fee until 2nd year, and you can cancel before then, if u dont want it. When u do cancel, they still put the fee on the card and then harass you, even if you paid your bill on time every month. They take a week to credit your payment on your balance. Horrible card. Not sure what they would even think they did to earn a 100.00 annual fee anyway
