I've been getting calls from this people, too. I got the March issue of Consumer Reports today, and they suggest reporting these numbers from "robocallers" to the FTC via the Do Not Call Registry. They claim that the information goes into a database that can help regulators identify the sources of illegal robocalls.
The big bad collections [***], ALLISON, yes that's right, ALLISON called this morning to harrass me about a stolen card that had charges on it. The phone numbers that she gave me are these:

651-204-1376 call routing number---you can actually speak to a PERSON on this phone number
This "Company" is all about sending "free" credit cards. You'll get a credit card offer several times a week and if you're like me, you throw them away. That's when people steal them, activate them and start charging away! This so-called bank doesn't care about this. All they want is for you to pay them.
If you have questions, call 651-204-1376 and ask to speak to Tyler. He is very nice and helpful. Allison is a mean little [***] who tries to do all the talking. She will not let you ask questions and she gives out bogus phone numbers for you to call. Never dealt with anyone in collections before who had an attitude like hers----she's awful!!!!
these people are insane. They have called 17 times in 2 days, they start at 8am and don't stop until 9pm. I don't have a Creditone card and if this is how they deal with people I will never get one.
Exactly what I'm going through. It's so easy for them to open an acount for anyone w/o proper ID (or stolen) without doing their homework; and then left the ones that had their ID stolen or used w/o consent deal with their mistakes!!
Yep, this is CreditOne Bank. My payment is due August 14. They started last night calling with a "polite reminder" that my payment is coming due - the call last night put me on hold with lovely music playing. After 90 seconds of music and no person on the line, I hung up. "Polite" isn't exactly the word I'd use; "harassment" is closer to the truth. Heaven forbid if you miss a payment! Their "annual" fee is $8.95 per month. Not a great company to get in with, but when I opened the account we were dealing with travelling for medical appointments for my terminally ill husband and I needed a card to tide us over. Still dealing with medical issues, but am not using this card anymore! The plan is to pay them off and cancel the account. However, if you do get a rude person on the phone, my advice is to hang up and call back or ask to speak to someone else - I've had HORRIBLE customer service reps and people that were so understanding that they nearly made me cry. I'd hate making these calls for this type of job, but there are some people who absolutely thrive on being as rude and unbending as they can be. On the flip side, there are folks out there who are doing their job and are willing to do what they can. CreditOne Bank has both, so just a fair warning that you might not get the type of person you want to talk to when you call.
