I've been getting calls from this people, too. I got the March issue of Consumer Reports today, and they suggest reporting these numbers from "robocallers" to the FTC via the Do Not Call Registry. They claim that the information goes into a database that can help regulators identify the sources of illegal robocalls.
Credit One must have called from 20 different numbers in the last 2 month. Already explained to them that I lost my job and won't be able to pay them for a while....They keep calling...I've blocked all their numbers thus far
They multiple times a day will not leave a message, when you answer your phone you are placed on hold.
HARASSMENT IS THE NAME THEY SHOULD GIVE THEIR SELVES, NEVER OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Just Received 3 Calls From 307-316-7485. Didn't Answer The Calls Because I Had No Idea Who It Was. So I Looked It Up On The Internet And It Lead Me To This Site.I Can't Remember Ever Having A Card With These People Before.I Have Had My PC Hacked Before And Someone May Have Opened Up An Account With My Name That Way But Other Wise I Haven't Done Business With These People Before. Now That I Know Who It Is And There Fraud Departments Number I'll Deal With It That Way. But There Wasting There Time Calling Me, I Won't Answer It And Listen To There [***].If There Calling People Like That And Giving Them A Hard Time, There Is Laws To STOP Them From Bothering People.I'd Like To Thank The Good People Who Have Posted All This Info On Here, Been A Big Help, Thanks Guys.
I too lost my job and was forced to move back with my parents. I told them once but I don't think that stupid little [***] put that on record. I am so tired of this company they charge you for every single thing in the book. As soon as I get a job I am paying off and then closing both of the cards I have with them. This company is by far the WORST credit card company to get a credit line with. ALL of their customer service -- (I MEAN ALL -- Are located overseas. You can never underatand completely what they are saying. I know I was naive to take out a card with them. But at this point I really don't care about past due payments.
