Put a warning on your credit bureau reports that someone may be trying to open accounts in your name and ask that any requests made be verified by contacting you at your address in writing unless you are making a purchase in person with verifiable ID.
I'm an idiot... I called them back... they said they were IC Systems with a business issue or something... I had just left work and got locked out of a computer application site that I thought happened to be maintained by IC Systems, so I was thinking it was them. I gave them my name,,address,,and last 4 of my SS#... they said the address was wrong and the SS# was wrong so they would stop calling me~! UGGGH! What have I done!!!??
You can do something by demanding a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get this information for you and file a lawsuit against them for harassment.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
