I've noticed something; when I do a search for any particular number - no matter what search engine I use - 800notes, nor any of the other popular boards like it show up in my results. This makes me really wonder what is up? Is the gubermunt blocking these sites? If so, all these "junk" calls could possibly be generated by them? Checking to see if phone numbers are viable and if anyone answers and what their reactions are? ...just sayin'.......
Scum sucking bottom dwellers who don't have a life. Always show up on ID as "unknown name". I have never and will never answer calls I don't recognize, period.
Caller is a pre-recorded message from a guy stating "Please don't hang up" and claiming to be with "Discover Account Services." The message promises that you can lower the interest rates on all of your credit cards.
