I've noticed something; when I do a search for any particular number - no matter what search engine I use - 800notes, nor any of the other popular boards like it show up in my results. This makes me really wonder what is up? Is the gubermunt blocking these sites? If so, all these "junk" calls could possibly be generated by them? Checking to see if phone numbers are viable and if anyone answers and what their reactions are? ...just sayin'.......
We get at least 5-8 calls every day - this number and many other! We don't answer any call that is "Out of Area", "Unknown caller", etc. If it's important they will leave a message. Otherwise, these people can go fly a kite!

Got 2 calls from SCOTT in two days. Have had surgery on my foot so answering phone is a huge hassle so ignored the ringing yesterday. My husband answered today. He played along and gave Mathew a lot of bogus numbers, except that the number he gave for the bank was really the 800 number for our state's attorney general's hot line for DNC.
Badge 714 is right. We never get off their list entirely, but the more time we waste, the longer the time between calls seems to be.
We've had some very rude people and one who tried his hardest to get a rise out of my husband, who sweetly agreed with everything he said, so matter how obscene. We have not heard from this screamer for awhile, tho it is hard to tell with their changing phone numers all the time. One supervisor told us it was ilegal to give false information. HA!
My phone company allows me to block numbers, so when they call they get a recording AND
My Uniden Phone System allows me to assign rings to individual numbers so I just put the number into the phone and select 'No Ring' It lights up but doesn't ring at all.
I bought us one of those nifty call blockers (hangs up immediately if the number is on your Blocked list) and just checked for this one - looks like these idiots have wasted TONS of time and money in calling us repeatedly. Rough break - sucks to be them!
