Just got a call from this number on my personal mobile phone. Answered it, heard silence for a second or two and then a busy signal. Must be some kind of broken autodialing system.
I have received several calls from this number, and I adopted a pet from the humane society a few weeks ago. I'm glad this site exists so I could find out who it was...
It was clearly a pre-recorded message and must've picked up as soon as my voicemail gretting kicked in. It sounded like something to do with life insurance - something about premiums and increasing coverage for just pennies a day. They directed me to call (866)600-2456. At any rate, unless you're shopping for insurance I wouldn't recommend picking it up. The only seemingly relevant Google hit I got was Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Co.
