Got a call from this number and it was someone soliciting for "The Kids Network". I asked to be placed on their Master Do-Not-Call list, but they continue calling me.
Called back ended up with Organizational Development. Spoke with Randy Richards. He said they was exempt from the no-call list. I asked him to remove my number from their list. We will see what happens.

Best way to handle IS to answer. Act like you are interested, tell them to hang on for just a second, put the phone down, and leave it down. If you hang up, they'll just call someone else. You cost them time while they're waiting for you, and time is what they need. It drives these callers nuts!!
I answered and spoke to the woman. She said she was from American Breast Cancer Foundation and wanted me to solicit my neighbors. I looked up ABCF online and they get a very poor rating from BBB and organizations that rate charities, so even if it was a legitimate call, it's a bad place to give money to.
