Asked for the owner of the number - previous owner.
Wanted to send out a solicitation packet for a charity that provides a child a wish. Did not say Make a Wish Foundation, but made it sound as if it were.
I suspect this is a debt collection agency attempting to find out the name and address of the new number. If not, this is more than likely a scam.
Got a call from this number, introduced as Child's Wish Foundation. I asked what percentage really goes to the kids. Said 68%. Got interrupted in the middle of the conversation and hung up. Way to stop these calls is to block this number (gotta love this feature).
I got a call from this number on 6/14. I called it back today and a lady with raspy voice answered the phone 'Customer Service.' I asked whose customer service, and she said that they represented several nonprofit organizations, but didn't give one. I told her thank you, and ended the call. They never leave voice mail messages. This sounds shady.
