Ace does know there is a scam going around with them. They verified to me since I am being harrassed by Westwood Mediation.

Repeated calls threatening to have daughter arrested for bad debt

so tired of getting call saying they have a returned check from me. I work at the bank and never had returned check SCAM

have been receing these for several months.  have resonded, but calls keep coming.  I am on the do not call list & will continue to ignore these as well as delete messages.  It is not at the harrassment level as I receive them at least 3x or more every week.  

The #, 877-947-5326, is the requested call back.  They call thenselves Westwood Mediation & give a ref #.  They say it's about a bad check & request immediate call back.

The White Pages tag the 877 # as a Telemarketer.

David Allen is still at it. He has called me all week until I finally found the information you and other people provided on this site. I also called Ace Cash Express to find out that not only did I NEVER take out a loan from them, but they don't even have any locations in Illinois!! Also, David Allen from Westwood Mediation refused to send me any information in the mail, but he was eager to e-mail me. Ironically, the letter he sent to my e-mail wasn't even from Westwood Mediation. Instead, the heading that looked official was from Loan Mediation, Inc. He didn't think I'd notice that the information he sent me was from a completely different company?? Then I looked up the address where the letter from Loan Mediation Inc. was supposedly from, and it turns out that that address is attached to a business called 24 Hours Flood Rescue. These people must be really stupid if they don't think that we would research them to see if they're legit. I called him out on his scam, and hopefully that will put an end to it. I also informed him that I would be press formal charges if I ever hear from him again.
