Standard spoof call from low life scum bottom feeders. Didn't recognize number and in this day and age, will not answer and unrecognized caller - more especially if they don't have the guts to display a name - spoofed though it would be. Could also be an equally lazy assed marketing outfit. There's no way an outfit trying that cold call approach would get my business in any case. (Dumb imaginative scam try this time using 011 as if it were not North America.)
Didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. And I'm absolutely positive I don't know a soul in Nebraska. Message left on my voicemail: "Congratulations! Because of your excellent credit, you're qualified for 0% interest on all of your credit cards. Please press 1 to complete the enrollment application." Yeah, right.
