Standard spoof call from low life scum bottom feeders. Didn't recognize number and in this day and age, will not answer and unrecognized caller - more especially if they don't have the guts to display a name - spoofed though it would be. Could also be an equally lazy assed marketing outfit. There's no way an outfit trying that cold call approach would get my business in any case. (Dumb imaginative scam try this time using 011 as if it were not North America.)
I answered the call by accident (similar phone number to others in my area) and was greeted by a robocalling scammer trying to do something with credit cards-not sure what because I hung up the phone as soon as I realized what had happened. Oh great! Since I answered the phone, I guess that I am going to get on a new list for these crooks!
I am suddenly getting a lot of them, too. The only thing I have done out of the usual lately is I filled out an entry for Publisher's Clearing House. Who knows with 3rd party release?
