called direct TV on 4/30...got call from this number today. i'm on do not call list. 99.9% of these comments have a common thread. wondering if some call center employees are selling information? and, if the caller has my phone number what else do they have? cancelling direct tv order, blocking the number and reporting to proper authorities.
Wow! How interesting is this. Called both Time Warner and Direct TV and now I'm getting the phone calls. Strange though, I called from my cell and gave a different number to be bundled with. Good thing I can go on line and put a block on the number.
It has to be a direct link with Direct TV and this number. I too got a quote from Direct on Friday and started receiving these annoying calls from this number on Monday. Way to go Direct TV, I was seriously considering your product, but I'm glad you showed your true colors up front. Thanks but NO THANKS!!!
Us hicks, way out here in the country in Wisconsin, feel privileged in getting a call from "Beverly Hills, California" even if the callers are scammers, using a spoofed number.
