On the 22/10 was told by ms. Fiona young that I won a gift cert for mp4 player after answer 3 questions regarding how I like shopping.
On 29/10 was informed thru phone by Ms Fiona young that an email will be sent to me and that I was to fill up the winners form that I have won the 2nd prize. I provided my signature and passport identification, which I am worried now and don't know what to do. The email for the winners forms is from lei huang
