Check the date on your photo of the cheque and you will see that it is dated the day of the draw and has your identification number already on it.I used my bowling club membership number and this was fine.They suggested I use my medicare number.No way was I giving them that info.The point is they had no idea what my id number was until about a week after the so called e raffle.That was when I really smelled the rat.Also the Bank Dong zhou or something I cant remember exactly now what it was but I couldnt find any trace of the bank.

Looks like we both won 2nd prize Mary .. just got off phone with lady  in Hong Kong ..I had already seen this site. I Asked as many questions as I could .. like how much money do I need to pay them before I receive Cheque. NO MONEY .. lady asked why couldn't I attend function .. Me: Too far .. too late. Lady 'BUT because I have won a large amount I will be asked to attend a thanksgiving evening in Auckland early next year .. will be given plenty of time to arrange transport .. I CAN'T WAIT!  Social event of the year .. yeah right! :)
Think I will ask if they can send the Cheque .. will want to scan it to put on this site so you guys can see what you missed out on .. very slick operation ..

I didn't give an ID. less info the better.. So we get a photo of a cheque first do we .. how sad .. spoils the surprise. As a writer of detective novels I think I will use this scam in a book .. ps. Has anyone received the MP4 player .. or the Prize money .. handy right before Xmas .. No turkey this year ... :(

Sent email to Ministry of Internal Affairs asking if a Foreign Certificate Form exists. Gave brief description of Libai scam with ph number etc. Waiting for a reply .. will keep stringing Libai along .. such fun  :)
