Got this phone call today. It was a voice message. Came home from work to call the person back and wish him death, the phone is already disconnected. Steve Martin, heavy Indian accent, total POS.
I have gotten many of these. It is a huge scam, just hang up. The IRS never, ever calls on the phone and also the caller never addresses you by name. Red flags all over this one!
