Who called from 3103180779

excessive hang ups fron the person

This number started calling me this week. I answered today and this lady named Diane was saying how I was entered in this "swwepstakes" thing and she was from "Worldwide Preffered". After reading these comments I feel different because I have no idea what Davids Bridal is.

I receive calls from this number 3 times a day.  They never leave a message and when I have tried calling them back it is always busy.

Number first called me today around 3 PM. I didn't answer it but they did leave a voice mail. Thought it was a prank call cause "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley was playing for a few seconds then I heard 2 different people say Hello and they hung up. No idea what Davids Bridal is either tho.

My fiance is getting calls from these people ALL day long.  they called him 7 times yesterday.  he was at work though and couldn't answer it.  

Davids Bridal is a company that sells wedding stuff, dresses, tuxes, accessories, etc.  

I just got engaged and will use them soon, but have not used them yet.  I'm not sure how they got his number but its VERY annoying.
