This is EXACTLY what just happened to me!!! i am sooo pissed!!! i dont know what to do. if you tried something and it worked or if you did not get screwed somehow, let me know... I am not sure what is going to happen either. i gave out my info too...
I live in Nevada and I keep getting these stupid phone calls. I have not been to David's Bridal in years, not since my sister got married. The one time they stayed for my VM, a lady with a foreign accent asked for me, then hung up. The worst part is that they call at night when I'm in my classes and finals are this next week. I have my number on the National Do Not Call Registry to no avail.
These folks called me and claimed they were "American Readers", and had helped me get a discounted rate on a magazine subscription from them in the past. I agree that this is a scam operation.
