Today is September 9, 2008...and everything everyone has said and complained about was just done to me at 2:30 p.m. eastern time...PLEASE HELP US AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT...this feels very unsafe to realize the same thing is happening to others as well.
Its funny how I call back and the first time it has a busy dial tone...the second time someone picks up and breathes very heavy and hangs up...then I call again and then all of a sudden the phone is off the hook
"Debbie" called about the Dreams Dome True Sweepstakes. Right! She said that my name had been given to her by my bank or credit card only she didn't know who they were. She's really trying to sell magazines or just get credit card numbers. People, please go to the Do Not Call Registry and file a complaint. It takes only a couple of minutes. If they get enough complaints - who knows - maybe telemarketing will become a liability for these jerks!
I just receieved a total of 15 phone calls. They have me saying I'm not interested in the magazines and the guy hung up on me. The number I got 866-457-8858. They said they are from Summet Reading.
I just wanted to let you know we are a safe company were just a sweep stakes office so you have nothing to worry about we only ask for your adress to make sure it is correct for our sweep stakes and we also tell the customers about our magazine promotion and thats it.
