I am about to cancel my home with AT&T. About +90% of the calls I receive on this phone are unwanted, unrequested, unexpected bothering calls with 310-409-0533 being only one of them. Sadly, canceling my service will hurt AT&T, not the companies and individuals that engage in thise useless business of calling to get who-knows-what out of you.

I received a call on a Sunday morning from this Beverly Hills number so I called them back. A man answered, when I told him I received a call from this number he paused and then he began with his "telemarketing" speech, asking for Donations for Police officers fund raising. He wanted to send out a Pledge kit. I said no and I was not interested and to please removed my number from their list, of course the "recording" started speaking over me with some [***] that had nothing to do with my answer, that's when I realized it was a recording.
got the same call but its not Beverly Hills, if you look its Beverly Hill, the S is not there, which could easily mean maybe Benny Hill [the comedian]called ha ha. As far as using the term "Police officers" its to scare you like they might take revenge on you if you dont donate and put you on a list in case your pulled over in a car., they can put that where the sun dont shine. when you confront the caller just ask him if hes a cop, and its almost a 100% guarantee hes not, but they use terms like "Sir" as well as other manners of speech a cop would use to make you believe they are, its all B.S. What they dont say is how much of the take they keep for expenses which could be as high as 95%. The only reason there is a 5% donation to whatever enforcement agency gets it is to make it all legal, and thats it, have no fear of these jerks, push back and they will fall back and you will feel you put them in their place. Remember, you control the conversation and you can end it anytime you wish.
