they are a fairly large company out of Nevada and have offices in a few different states.  They do both commercial and consumer loans, They are claiming to be able to work with people who have minor credit issues in order to help them get their credit scores in line and then provide them the loan for new home purchases only - no refinance deals. My cousin recommended them but wanted to check them out online.  They did her mortgage.  I found out that they buy leads through mortgage.com and other similar websites so they claim to only call you if you filled out an inquiry online that you are looking for a mortgage/new home and have self assessed yourself as 'below average credit'. They are headquartered in NV but they have offices in So. California as well. My cousin is happy with them so far so I guess I will give it a shot.

Max called us too. My husband thinks it's a good idea but I have a bad  feeling about it. His credit is HORRIBLE and yet they're gonna try and give us a home loan. the same $59 fee as everyone else has said. What do I do???

Dont give them any information. Ask them to send you something in the mail. Use any address you want. They will ask you to go to there web site or give them info over the phone. The reason why, once they do it becomes mail fraud which is a fed crime. Its a scam. The bought your phone number from a company  for something you applied to over the last 6 months. Only real way to repair your credit is pay whats on there and wait. As the saying goes time heals all wounds and that was never more true than with your credit report.

I received a call today by a gentleman named Rodger Beckett out of LA cal. He said that the 60 fee would be waived, however depending on the gravity of my report the cost to "repair" my credit could be up to $600.00. He also stated that Imperial capital was the only company in the US that repaired your credit and makes loans as well. What do you people think? my email is " [email protected]" Anyone knows of any legitimate companies?
