I also must add that I paid off a few items on my credit report that went into collections, which I regret tremendously. Your credit score will not improve much just by paying them off it will show it as paid, but it still shows up on your credit report. I didn't understand how this wouldn't help and they could help, but he explained it andf it made complete sense they work with creditors to get your negative credit reports removed..I wil update when I get my first report :)
I am updating once again so all who come here will know what they are and who they are. Basically like I said before, they give you some 800 numbers to call if you have any issues. Well for 5 days or so I could never get through to the supposed numbers. Just keep receiving a busy signal. Once I sent an email to the sales rep. and their supposed support that I was reporting them to the BBB they finally emailed back. They replied and stated that I needed to call their 800 number to fix any miscommunication. So I called and guess what, yep you guessed it, a busy signal once again. I could go on and on but you get the point. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!
I talked to a guy today that offered to pull my 3 credit reports for $20 (I guess they're having a sale??).
There was no discussion about them doing a loan, only repairing my credit that could cost between $100 and several hundred dollars. I'm going to pass on this since I pulled my credit reports (all 3) this morning and I know that everything they can do I can do for myself. I too got the call after looking up what I thought was an actual FHA website. Now I'm pissed that I was misled!
This caller identified himself as David Garcia with Credit Help. We do NOT need credit help. We have NO bills!?! Seems my wife was looking for Mortgage company's and and submitted an inquiry via some link on the internet.
He also gave me an additional number of 1-800-879-6192 ext 268 At any rate it IS a credit repair type company. BEWARE!!!!!
Hello, i was reading over everyone's comments. I would like to say I have enrolled with this company a few months ago. I can honestly say I was very skeptical after reading these reviews. The truth is my questions are always answered, the people are pleaseant and I have received a credit report from 2 credit agencies already in which one bureau has removed some items. If you are trying to clean your credit its a great investment. I agree with some. You can do it yourself but I don't have the time.
