Just got the scam call in Davie,Fl.

I just got a call from this number 310-579-2813 (3 times within 2 days). The number shows on my phone as from Malibu, CA. Recording message stated from IRS that I have to call back for a sensitive matter. I called and the phone is a "non-service" number. This scammers need to  be STOP!!!
