I received a call from (714) 486-0702. It was from the same company AGA and Associates. Caller was Chris Davis. Refused to give me their mailing address or any contact info from their alleged office. Was very aggressive and threatened me with actions he will start with the IRS unless I agree to compromise and pay a debt they allege I owe. I was so livid after the call that I immediately Googled this company and found several complaints. I am filing a complaint with the FTC, Dept of consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau. I have also told Chris and his supervisor to cease calling my cell phone. I believe this is a collection scam and I encourage others to report them so they can be held accountable.
I received a call from a 682 area code. Actually, they called my mother and left a msg. They told her something about an affidavit and my 2012 tax return. She then gave me the number. When I called them it was an answering machine. Imagine that.
I am the owner of Alexander Glen & Associates (AGACOLLECT.COM). We do Not have anyone by the name Eric Freeman working for us nor are we associated with the company named "AGA Associates". Please do not post erroneous information without first verifying the facts.
For the people who are getting the calls from this person, ask him to send his demand by mail and just hang-up the phone. Any legitimate collection agency will not conduct them self in the way described on this message board.

If you are going to be a business owner, you are going to have to improve your written communications. The correct form would be "themselves", not "them self".
And yes, I suspect you are speaking the truth. This is a great site, but way too many people are careless and post things without making sure they have gotten them right. Still, you are apparently running a third party collection agency, so I'm hoping you haven't reproduced, and will not do so in the future ;*P .
