I called back, the number is not in service, they are using fake numbers to do that so you can't call them back to scream at these human feces, the scum of the human race..... human maggots
I too received numerous calls from this number. When I answered it would hang up. Seems like an auto dialer and it takes a few moments for it to detect somebody answered and transfer it to a live person. If there is no live person available it just disconnects.
As others have said it is a solar energy company telling you they are calling for Edison (or whoever your electric company is). They had my address and wanted to "set me up with government programs" for solar due to rates increasing 40%

This was a supposed call from an affiliate of SCE and solar crap. SCE already knows we have two sets of solar panels on our house. I called him a fraud and hung up. Then I did a *69 and number not in service. FRAUD CRINIMALS. Number is spoofed.
Same scumbag solar company pretending to be from local utility company offering solar panels. These scumbags are tricking everybody into installing systems and then putting liens on their homes when they find out the costs are what they appear to be. All these solar companies are like roaches coming out of the closet now that the government isn't offering any incentives.
