Called my house 3x today. Got all offended when I called him (3rd caller) out on being a scammer after reading posts here. Hung up on him. Hopefully they got the message.

Theyre gonna pretend that they are going to summon u some papers.
Scam from a rep called "todd sharr" basically this mckeller group scam (look that up) tells you that theres an unresolved debt from over 8+ years, and your 'papers' will be coming in the mail so you can be "served." Mine was an old closed up bank account that had "racked up interest charges over the years. He verified my old addresses and phone number thats it. Said in order to avoid a lawsuit i had to pay $690 in 3 days. Complete scam dont fallfor it. Beware. Also this 310-746-4879 # too its connected to this scam!
This company's name American Financial Group, Inc actually called me regarding my GE Capital account. I owed money originally to GE Capital and when calling the people I owed the money to verified American Financial Group purchased the account and are the new creditor of record. I thought I was being scammed and learned that were are a legitimate company. I verified through Secretary of State department of Corporations in California and they were licensed under American FG, Inc. I too was a little nervous but when I did my due diligence I found them to be legit
BULL!!!!! I bet this was posted from one of the frauds at the fake AFG. They are in no way shape or form legit. And are being reported all accross the board as frauds to the FTC the CFPB and several different state's attorney general's offices. Oh, and the real AFG,inc. knows about them as well and is currentley working with the FBI in this and other fraudulent cases where bottom feeding scum bag frauds are using thier companies name illegally. They think their slick and will be able to use plausible deniability because they weren't using the 'INC'. The real AFG, Inc. is a holding company based in Ohio, go to their website and a big fat fraud alert is on the home page... DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS POST ABOUT THE GE CAPITAL ACCOUNT..
