A recorded message (in a robotic female voice) stated that the Internal Revenue Service has filed a lawsuit against me. The message stated further that my "attorney of record" must return the call to 310-871-9210 in order to learn about my "IRS Case File" and provide an answer to the lawsuit.
Simply put, the caller is a fraudster who is looking to get my personal identification and defraud creditors in my name.
310-871-9210 was assigned by New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC. It is NOT a phone number belonging to the Internal Revenue Service.
