Its not a scam people, its from university of walden or any other oversea university you might have registered or you was linked to. You can pick up the call and listen without talking at first then when the person at the other end talks then answer and they will tell you about the requirements to studies oversea without paying anything.
I too looked at my mobile tonight and tried to remember why this odd number had phoned me.
I searched this site and then I remembered
It is a genuine call back from the University of Liverpool. I registered my interest with them as regards a Masters Programme and this was their follow up call. I couldn't talk at the time and they duly sent me an email on the address that I had provided the previous day. I was asked no personal questions nor was I asked to divulge anything untoward on the phone and the caller apologised for getting the call back time wrong as it was the morning and I'd equested an afternoon call.
No scam, just following up a genuine enquiry
On several occassions, I received calls from this number and wondered where it could be from. The caller(s) claim they are from Liverpool University and pretend to be good advisors because of a request you made about their programmes. I have started to smell a rat (like scams)
