gentleman called me (321-224-8053) and said i have a civil suit against me and need to call to verify w/my case number....bull crap, second call i have had from this same scenerio about 6 months ago. who can we call and complain too!
Call from bottom feeder collection company trying to use intimidation to collect on debts barred by statute of limitation and/or already paid via negotiated compromise - threatened with being sued unless a call made to above number (312-224-8053) and an ID code given. Watch out for these low lifes - they are without ethics or conscience
got a call from low life scum sammantha connors trying to collect on a prev settled debt. threatened legal action if call not retrned 2nd call from spoof no. police report filed I owe noone.
I got a call from somone telling me that I have a Civil Suite getting ready to be filed against me. They had no details but I had to call 312-224-8053 and ask for Samanta Anderson. This was the 2nd time they called telling me that I was going to be served. They actually had an old phone number of mine and was trying to intimidate me asking if I knew that person. I told them he was probably the person that had that number now. Today I left a message telling them to stop calling me and blowing smoke up my @ss. She called back yelling and screaming at me and told me that she would play that recording back to the judge then hung up on me. They are breaking collection laws. If anyone can figure out who they are please post it on here and I'm sure I can get an attorney to file a class action law suite.
i can't help out with recorded messages,but a sure fire way to stop the live calls from telemarketers and people checking on your credit etc. Go the the hardware store and buy an airhorn. They cost a few dollars and I'm sure that I have cost several of those callers their eardrums. You know its a telemarketer because there is a silent beat before they start talking. I give them a blast of the airhorn and that does the trick. They think again before calling back. I urge everyone to do this.
I got home today with a message from Amanda Stevens saying the samething as above that everybody else is saying. She was asking for someone that didn't even live here. So, I tried to call her back to let her know that there was no one here by that name but got voicemail. So, I left a message and told here that she had the wrong number and to not call here again. Hopefully she will not call again but I know she will. I love the airhorn idea now if i could get it recorded to my answering machine. LOL!!!
